Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account is not essential as you can select checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Since orders begin processing immediately after checkout, we are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. If you require assistance, please kindly email info@portsv.comwith your order number.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

We usually process your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email including the link to track your parcel shortly after we arrange your shipment. Orders placed on Fridays, Holidays (following Hong Kong General Holidays calendar) or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day. Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process may take longer than usual. See here for our Delivery & Returns chart.   

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

Returns & refund

What is ports v returns policy?

We offer our customers the option to return unused products within 14 days of purchase. Certain products are non-refundable (including, but not limited to, “Sale” items). “Sale” items including, but not limited to, sale items, hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves, etc.

In addition, if we reasonably determine that a purchased product that might otherwise be eligible for return was ordered through robot or other automatic device or software, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion to refuse any of such return request and/or to charge a restocking fee.

How do I package my item for return?

The packaging must be intact and the product must be new, unused with all tags attached. Shipping costs incurred for returns are bore by the customers, unless items received are faulty. Please note that returns without proper documentation, packaging and/or materials cannot be accommodated. 

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days upon receiving of the items at our warehouse to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PORTS V. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.  Shipping fee can only be refunded as store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from issue date.
